He discovered there was a vehicle of our choice in their inventory which he brought out from under the snow cover for our review and approval. The necessay paperwork was then processed, delivery being scheduled for within the next 48 hours. What really shone the spotlight on Pat Hofmann was his willingness to come to our house, on the day the vehicle was to be delivered, to pick us up and take us to the dealership as we no longer had transportation. At delivery time, Pat showed us all there was to know about the new vehicle. He also took us around the dealership to familiarize us with the various departments. Purchasing a new car is usually stress related, however, we can't say that our experience, this time around, fell into that category. The atmosphere in the showroom was serene, not at all what we had experienced at other car dealers. The no-pressure attitude of our sales person was indeed a big factor in the way we felt about doing business with this delership.
