Dear Sir/Madam 6/10/2010 My name is Arman Towfighi. I took my 1989 corvette for break system problem. I told Todd (service person) to check 6/10/2010 My name is Arman Towfighi. I took my 1989 corvette for break system problem. I told Todd (service person) to check my break system. He called me and said that my brake booster need to be replaced. I asked them if rest of the brake system is ok. He said yes. He told me that will be about $650 to repair it and I ok it. After service I picked up my car and notice that break pedal is going down too much. Therefore I told him and the manager that still break has problem. They told me that may be your break pads and break fluid need to be replaced. I asked them aren’t you suppose to check whole break system before calling me and giving estimate for my decision. They said well it happened this way and we charge you additional $150 plus additional expenses to make it right. I do not think this is a right way to treat costumers. Senserly, Arman Towfighi More

My transmission on my saturn vue QUIT during a major snowstorm about a month ago. Joe Tangredi went out of his way to find a phone # and was on the phone for a very long time trying to get info for me! He was great. He got a case # for me so I could claim a $5,000.00 rebate. The overall experience with this dealer was well. Dave is a friendly individual who made the customer feel welcomed and not pressured to make a decisions right there. The atmosphere was also welcoming and friendly between us and between co workers. The only issues my boyfriend and I observed was the pin strip that was put on our car. The pin strip lines are over lapping each other in areas and also began to come off the car within the first week of having it. This is very upsetting based on buying a new car for the first time in our life. There was also a bee hive inside the passenger door panel that my mom stuck her thumb in. She was lucky there were no bees inside. Based on this detail and some marks on the door, I personally do not believe that car was cleaned to the best quality. More
Watch out, this dealership will charge you fees for no work done. Recently asked for a price quote and was billed for a diagnostic that the car did not require. I told them what was wrong and was called later in the day and told exactly what I already knew at the bargain price of 82 dollars. Then I called Dave (head service guy) and tried to get the fee dropped that Steve told me about. He told me that due to a technicality that I would have to pay the fee. I talked calmly and respectfully while being mocked and talked down to. Dave and I did not reach a common understanding and he was very firm. I then went to the dealership to pick up my car and was met at the door, escorted to the counter and treated like a criminal or someone that was going to go postal. I have no idea why as I did not indicate at any time that I was an unreasonable person. I was supervised and watched like a hawk until I left the building. I am not sure if treating people like this is common practice when there is a civil disagreement. I have never seen a car dealership so childish about 82 dollars. I am not sure about any of you, but I would never set foot in this dealership in a service related manner. I am leary of those that hold you to terms that are not expressed or written anywhere and are supposed to be "common knowledge". Common knowledge is not knowing everything about a dealership. May the buyer beware with these crafty scam artists. More
