Took $2000 to get my truck back went to dealership to look at new raptors, trade was a 17 platinum f-350 the interest rate was 10.99 i was not going to agree to that dealership told went to dealership to look at new raptors, trade was a 17 platinum f-350 the interest rate was 10.99 i was not going to agree to that dealership told me i had time to test drive the raptor over sunday and come back in with my arranged financing and that they were going to hold the deal. i was in the middle of purchasing a home and lender told me not to buy the truck at this time to wait a few weeks or else it may hinder the loan, i went in to dealership explained the situation and the only way the would "unwind" the deal is if i paid manager $2000 and it had to be cash i only had the raptor for two a day and a half and only put 120 miles on it was willing to pay the 50 a day rate and there 25 cents a mile but that was out of the question for this gentleman he stated that my truck was "his xxxxing truck, and to get out of his dealership unless i had the $2000 cash" More

Salesman lied to my face about registration & taxes Leo lied to my face about registration and taxes to try and make the sale. I'm not from Colorado originally and I was asking about how the county woul Leo lied to my face about registration and taxes to try and make the sale. I'm not from Colorado originally and I was asking about how the county would handle registration, taxes, plates, etc. He told me that the first time I go to get plates, I would not have to pay anything. I now know that the county will charge registration after you pay taxes to the dealership, which makes sense. That isn't the problem. The problem is that LEO looked me in the eye and lied to me about this, probably assuming I would forget later on. I didn't forget. My family has been buying Fords since the 1940's. I am extremely brand loyal, but I'll continue that tradition somewhere other than Brighton Ford. More

Bought a used truck I found the truck I wanted on line. It was not a Ford however. It was a Dodge Ram but I kept my eye on it and when I was ready it was still there. I walked in the door, was greeted by Zach Johnson and told him I wanted to test drive that truck. I fell in love! There was no wiggle room on the price but then again, that saved time. I am very happy. The sales person is even going to teach me how to sync my phone! I also feel like I can go back anytime if I need further instructions or 'How To's". More

Never buy from here! Always heard negative things about this dealer and now have experienced why. There are many other dealers that are first class and don’t play games.
