What a wonderful buying experience! I recently purchased two brand new Ford F-250s from Brighton Ford and did it with such ease. From the moment I walked through the dealership door I felt as if I was part two brand new Ford F-250s from Brighton Ford and did it with such ease. From the moment I walked through the dealership door I felt as if I was part of the “Brighton Ford Family”. General Manager Monica Kidd and Sales Representative Gene Young had answers to all my questions and fulfilled all my needs with the purchase of these two new trucks. The customer service and professionalism of this dealership exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Brighton Ford to anyone buying a new or used vehicle. Since 1992 I have bought 12 cars and trucks from this dearlership. The price was always fair and right. Salesmen Marc Winter and Maynard Morrison treat me with respect. after purchasing my f150 for $25000 i would have hoped I would get good service but I was wrong. Every time I brought it in for service I came away disgusted. I know buying a used car isn't supposed to be a walk in the park, but this dealership makes it a nightmare. I went in very interested in a pre-owned SUV and was all ready to start negotiating with the deal the park, but this dealership makes it a nightmare. I went in very interested in a pre-owned SUV and was all ready to start negotiating with the dealer on the price (which was close to 20,000). Now I had done my research on trade-in value and what other cars have sold for and I had a price in mind which was obviously lower than the listing price. I wanted to come to a comfortable agreement by negotiating, which I have done with all my other cars I have purchased. You start low and come to an agreement somewhere in the middle, both sides are happy. This dealership didn’t even give me a chance I told them my starting price of $17,000 and after having me sit there for about 30 minutes they came back and told me this wasn’t the car for me and said they would off me three hundred less for the car. I was insulted by the off but even more that I wasn’t even given a chance and they were basically kicking me out the door. Buying a car is a big purchase and a lot of money I don’t want to be taken advantage of but I would assume that I would be treated with a little ounce of respect and decency! DO NOT go to Brighton Ford they are obviously not in the business of selling cars. More
