They actually did finally address my issue and the leaking transmission seems to be fixed. I just wish they would have addressed it when I took it there the 1st time and wasted 3 hours of my work day. Mike, the service manager is the one you need to talk to if you want to get anywhere. I did seem to care that I was upset and took care of the problem.
