Customer service is a joke!!! DIS-HONEST #1 Just purchased a 2016 F150, contacted dealership through internet department, called them, set up time to look at truck, they immediately pawned me of Just purchased a 2016 F150, contacted dealership through internet department, called them, set up time to look at truck, they immediately pawned me off to a floor salesman which was an excellent guy, decided to purchase truck and it went downhill from there.. got deal finalized and filled out all paperwork and it comes back with my ex-wifes address???? They got it fixed after explaining that it is not my address, then go to Rudy in Finance department, he will not be HONEST with you, tells me I can go with Compass Bank because they have the best rates and pushes an extended warranty on me and then I refuse because of higher payment, then magically he lowers the interest rate???, OK, dont think much of it but seems kind of strange, deal is done until the next day when I contact my credit union, Elevations Credit Union and there rate is lower, come to find out the dealer gets a better "kick back" from different lenders and send you to the ones they choose. My credit union and my wife contact the dealer the next morningand tell them we have decided to use Elevations and Rudy states" When will they have a check for the truck" when my lender is set up with the dealership and 5 minutes later he has all of the paperwork emailed to him and won't return phone calls all day from lender, they contact me and tell me the issues they are having,it takes me 6 repeated phone calls to receptionist and demanding that I talk to Management or anyone ALIVE to finally get through and then they finally send it back to my lender. If you want DIS-HONEST and a dealer that puts customers SECOND Brighton Ford is the place to go. More
Poor Customer Service I had a pleasant car buying experience here, however, after less than 2 months of owning my 2015 Ford Escape, a high pitched and very annoying wind no I had a pleasant car buying experience here, however, after less than 2 months of owning my 2015 Ford Escape, a high pitched and very annoying wind noise started from the passenger side of the windshield. After reading about others who have experienced this with Fords, I brought the car into the service department to be looked at. I was basically told that since they couldn't reproduce the sound (even though I brought in a video clip of the car making the sound), there was nothing they could do other than call the "Ford Hot Line". I've waited for over a month with no feedback. When I called back frustrated after listening to the sound for over 4 hours on a drive back from Illinois, David in the service department accused me of arguing with him and was very confrontational. I am the customer, I purchased a defective vehicle, and yet I am not allowed to voice my frustration without being accused of "arguing"? Very poor customer service in my opinion. I am taking my vehicle to another dealership to be looked at. Beware if you purchase a car here and need to bring it in for service. More

It was done at 11:33 am I called and got answer machine. I emailed and got a xxxxx named Colleen she told me they would call. Finally I went down at 430 pm to the dealership and asked for my car . Then I was told to go into another room told the young lady who I was I asked her why didn't she call me when my Escape was ready and she said " Its not my job to call" I was thinking of buying a new Escape at brighton ford, I will go some where else. Horrible experience.. Will never go back. 7 months after purchasing a used car from Brighton Ford I decided I wanted something different. I offered my business back to them, this time for a BR 7 months after purchasing a used car from Brighton Ford I decided I wanted something different. I offered my business back to them, this time for a BRAND NEW car, but they could not sell me a 2016 Ford Fusion Energi because they were not an EV (Electric Vehicle) dealer. So I had to purchase my new car from a different dealer. -no big deal- Until I went to cancel my extended service contract on the used car that I had bought from Brighton Ford. They refused to cancel or give any refund (even a pro-rated refund!) I WASTED $2,200 for that extended service contract and never used it once in 7 months. Warning to all, they will push the extended service contract on you hard and they will not cancel it if you sell or trade the car in. They could care less. I will NEVER buy a vehicle from here again and will tell all about this misfortune. I would like to note that Arturo was friendly, but the finance department is where my frustration lies....... More

Awful Customer Service/Great Deal On 03/21/14, I called Brighton Ford concerning a new 2013 Ford F-150. I spoke to Gene in sales. He gave me the best deal over the phone. We arrived On 03/21/14, I called Brighton Ford concerning a new 2013 Ford F-150. I spoke to Gene in sales. He gave me the best deal over the phone. We arrived later that evening. Gene was not there but informed Seth in sales of the commitments that he had made to me. Seth was polite and informative. Rudy in finance made some errors on the Ford Extended Service Plan. Other than the errors by Rudy, the transaction went smooth. On 03/24/14, Bob in customer relations called to checkup on my purchase experience. I advised him of two extremely minor issues. Later that day, Tim a sales manager called and advised that they will take care of these two extremely minor issues. I had to call the dealership a week later to remind them to honor their commitments concerning the two minor issues. It was taken care of the next day. We cancelled the Ford Extended Service Plan due to the errors. After the dealership received the refund, we called and received the run around from Rudy. After repeated phone calls, they finally issued the refund to the finance company. During our experience, we emailed Stacy the general manger a few times concerning the issues. We did not receive a call or email from her. My wife and I purchase a vehicle once a year on average. All together, this was not the best nor the worst buying experience we have had. If you want a good deal but do not care so much for customer service than this is the place to go. More
We had an after market cruise control installed by PDA. They did a wonderful, professional job as promised by Brighton Ford. The whole experience at Brighton Ford was great. These guys are the biggest bunch of liars and crooks you will ever meet in the car business. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this dealership. I revised my review because they ultimately traded my lemon back in and gave me a reliable vehicle. They did not have to do this, but wanted to make sure I was satisfied with my experience.
