Since May 25th I had my Raptor at the dealership for new steering gear and cv axle, I have the ford extended warranty premium plan on my 2013 Raptor with 89k miles, they refused to honor the service warran steering gear and cv axle, I have the ford extended warranty premium plan on my 2013 Raptor with 89k miles, they refused to honor the service warranty through ford. I had to call ford and get them involved and they told me 8 months tell they can get new steering gear, I found them online at ford oem parts, I had to tell them how to file a warranty claim, I had to tell them how to fix my truck. They are so lazy the service manager has a really bad attitude, the service people are lazy and have a attitude, I put in a call to the dealership Manager and owner, no call back, it is now the 6th of August and nothing has been done. They keep on refusing to fix my Raptor under warranty. If you take any car in there to get fixed good luck because they have no clue on how to fix a car I had to do all the leg work for them to even get the parts. Now it is a waiting game to get my truck fixed. They put me through xxxx since May and want to make customers go through xxxx so they do not have to lift a finger, you have to do all the work for them, they even lied to me about the part number, they like to lie and steal, I bet this comes down from the owner of this bad dealership More
We purchased a 2022 Bronco Sport. That was a good experience. Soon after we started having electrical issues and were told it was rodent damage. Low and behold rodents strike again only this time with precision wire cutters. I will have them fix this and that will be the last time we will use Brighton Ford. We no longer trust their service dept. More
I purchased a 2022 f150 November of 2022 paid 73,000$ for the truck. The truck has been in and out of this dealership for all kinds of warranty issues and I’m literally at my last straw with this dealership. the truck. The service center never answers or returns my phone calls and it’s like pulling teeth to get anything out of these people. On top of that they won’t give me a loaner vehicle. I have a newborn baby and a wife that relies on this vehicle but the ford dealership absolutely will not give me a loaner car. It’s super unfair and pathetic that I paid 73,000$ for a brand new vehicle that is always breaking down and the least they could do is give me a loaner car to get my family by. Oh and another thing is they keep telling the truck will be done one day and they would keep me updated on when I can come pick it up but would never get a call back and the truck is still in the shop. I’m so disappointed in ford and can guarantee that I will get rid of this truck and go buy a Chevrolet at this point. Thanks for reading. More

This is the seventh review in a row stating this dealership has no customer service and I am here to help state this fact. After being told I would deal with the sales manager only, after a sales re dealership has no customer service and I am here to help state this fact. After being told I would deal with the sales manager only, after a sales rep giving me multiple wrong details about the vehicle, I was pawned off onto another sales rep for the final sale due to the manager “being busy”. I am the customer, so this validates the first fact of not caring about the customer. As a single woman walking into a car dealership, this felt somewhat brushed off by each male in the building. They have bigger and better things to do. I was told it would have 4 new tires, then told the sales rep misspoke. After asking if it was non-smoking, I was told yes and it did in fact, have a precious smoking owner. After speaking to multiple people about this, the general manager told me they would not remedy, or even offer, to find any others ways to satisfy me in this situation. I had to call multiple times to get a reply, with no remorse or even offer of help. This dealership wanted to make a deal then wash their hands of the customer. “Family owned” must mean a not very caring family. More

I have purchased 3 vehicles from brighton ford. I had great purchasing experiences all 3 times. Apparently that is where the customer service ends. The last oil change I was informed that they were canceling the program ( its in the contract somewhere that they can cancel at any time). Im now having an issue with the vehicle and they can't get to it for 3 weeks. If I continue to drive the vehicle and it does damage they will not cover it as a warranty issue. So im without the vehicle until they get to it. Big new building project. No money to cover the promises to loyal customers More

I had to call my self to get an update, and still would they would not give me an update. Horrible service, communication. So I walked in to the service asking for my truck, then the Service manager tells me the technicians are working on it, I waited for another hour for them to finish the job. I got the truck back, first right turn outside the dealership, the lights were back like it was Christmas. Horrible experience, and I an not going back. More
I bought a vehicle from Brighton Ford and have returned for service three times since, once for service and twice for recalls. The first time I had a sick grandchild and told them. The tech decide to take my vehicle for his lunch break. My GPS showed it was parked several miles south of Brighton Ford and had been there for 35 minutes. The last time for a recall I was told that if I had my vehicle to them by 5/26 I would have it back by 6/1. When called on 6/1, I was told it would not be ready until 6/6 or 6/7. When I called on 6/7, I was told that they did not know my vehicle had been at their shop for the past 2 weeks and they had not started on it. Still no idea when I get it back. 0 stars. More
