I had such an awesome experience with my purchase at Boulevard Buick that I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff was kind, friendly and very helpful. At Boulevard Buick I felt like I was part of a family not just another number on the salesmans report. I looked at the Yuckon, Envoy XL, Buick SUV, and the Yuckon XL. All the SUV's I have listed have very nice features, but I could ony purchase one that suited my needs. My salesman, Chad Charron, was very patient and informative. I enjoyed Chad's honesty regarding each individual SUV. He informed me of all aspects of each SUV and how they could suit my needs. The best part of my visit was that I never felt pressured to buy anything. Chad was just there to help inform me and let me make the decision on my own. I figure it is about time I thanked Boulevard Buick for the many years of service extended to my wife, Ina and myself. Ina has been a customer of Boulevard for over 25 years and I have been one for the pa the many years of service extended to my wife, Ina and myself. Ina has been a customer of Boulevard for over 25 years and I have been one for the past 20 years. During this time, we have purchased 9 new automobiles. We have never been dissatisfied. Service has been timely and courteous. There has been times when I felt something needed to be done to one of our autos and after the service technician and mechanic checked things out, they were honest and told us we did not need anything fixed. On the other hand, they have pointed things out to us that we had overlooked and by them advising us, we saved the possibility of breaking down on the highway and possibly having an accident. We especially thank Murray in the service department. He brings people back. We are very loyal to Boulevard due to the way we have been treated over the years. Your sales persons are above reproach and always strive to give us the best deal possible, and we have not been disappointed. One thing I really appreciate is the treatment my wife, Ina, receives at your dealership. You hear of all kinds of horror stories about how women are treated at dealerships, but that is not so at Boulevard. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! We will continue to recommend Boulevard to our friends and tell them how happy we are with the treatment we receive each time we come in. I bought my car in mid July, and a week later the location was closed and no one from the dealership even contacted me to let me know they were closing. Now its mid September and I just paid off my c location was closed and no one from the dealership even contacted me to let me know they were closing. Now its mid September and I just paid off my car in full and I have been trying to get in touch with the finance manager, but all I get is he is busy right now, would you like to have his voicemail? I am leaving work early to go in and talk to the finance manager to see about getting my refund for the Gap Insurance that I paid for. I am totally fed up with this dealer and would not recommend anyone to go to this dealer, even though they have been around for 44 years. More
