I’m writing regarding the recent purchase of my 2011 Buick Enclave CXL. Well I’m writing to let you know that I was very impressed with the service that we received. My husband purchased a 2011 Buick Enclave CXL at the Boulevard Buick GMC dealership. This was my Mother’s Day gift. The staff at Boulevard Buick GMC went out of their way to make this a special gift. The knowledgable staff at Boulevard Buick GMC was able to make the purchase process fast and simple. The staff were fantastic, they made sure I got what I wanted. I would especially like to express my thanks to Chad Charron; General Sales Manager, Shawn Gibson; Sales Manager, and Laquann; sales representative. They were all very helpful and sincere. This was my first experience in buying a brand new car. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of service offered by Boulevard Buick GMC. I love the features of the car, especially the technology, the entertainment center and the luxurious interior. I would like to mention that prior to this purchase, I was driving a Mercedes Benz for two years. There is no comparison between the two cars. Worse experience I ever had buying a car! I came in because my uncle had recommended the dealership but boy did I make a mistake by listening to him. Then again it wasn't his fault since the Internet M because my uncle had recommended the dealership but boy did I make a mistake by listening to him. Then again it wasn't his fault since the Internet Manager he worked with was not there anymore, which was very unfortunate for me. I spoke to Joey on the phone and asked him for the person my uncle told me to ask for. Joey then told me that, that person no longer worked there, but he could help (he seemed quite annoyed when I asked him about that person). So I asked him for an internet price which he said he could not do unless I send in a quote. So I did, but I thought it was quite annoyed that I had to submit my information when the information could be given to me on the spot. Then I went to the dealership content with price I have received. I have bought several cars over the internet in the last few years but I never had any problems like this. When I arrived I was greeted by a man with a very stained company shirt who directed me to Joey. Joey said he was busy at the moment but that getleman could help me out and that he was the best one there. The guy was pleasant but I couldn't get passed how unprofessional he looked. I asked him several questions about the Terrain I was looking at but he did not seem to know the answer he just said he would find out, but never did. Then after a short test drive we sat down to talk numbers, but I told the guy that I had already agreed to Joeys numbers online. He said ok but then came back with Chad the manager and said that this vehicle was no longer there, but the vehicle I drove was the exact one it had the same number listed online. Chad then went on to give me a story about him being the owners son and how he would take care of me and how long they had been in business for. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and I was shown a similar vehicle because the one I wanted had apparantely been sold already. Then Chad came out of his office and gave me the "Lowest Price Possible" which was a huge lie. I found the new terrain on their website through my phone and submitted a quote with a false name and the price I received in an email 5 minutes lates was over $600 cheaper. I told chad about this and then him and Joey tried to convince me they can work something out, but I was furious. So I left with my money and bought elsewhere. This dealership said that they will treat you like family, but that is one family I don't want to be a part of. More
I've yet to experience service anywhere else that matches that of Boulevard Cadillac. Been there several times, and Ted Stark definitely makes you feel at home. I needed for the service team to take out a seat that was stuck in the 3rd row of my Yukon 2007. This guy,the service tech told me to come back tomorrow, when I'm here at 8:30 am. I toke off work for this because I had ordered the seats from another company because they said that they did'nt carry them anymore. I told the guy I would wait and get the work done because I had to hurry up and send the two broke seats back . He sat me down and went to the back with my truck, to only appear a hour and a half later to tell me that I have to come back tomorrow morning. This dealesrship did not act like this when I was purchasing the vehicle in 2006. I could not get out the door, one of the salesman told me to take off my watch, and he would hold it till I got back from the bank. I guess their job is done once they sell you the vehicle. I will purchase another GMC product, but just not from Boulevard Buick Pontiac GMC on 2850 Cherry ave Signal Hill CA.90755. The customer service was terrible, the guy acts like he has a attitude. I literally have to chase him around to get him to explain on my phone ,the problem to the vendor that I purchased the seats from.I regret I purchased from them, only if I knew what I know now. More
I recently purchased a new GMC Terrain from Boulevard Buick / GMC. First off, the salesman knew nothing about the vehicle, the sales supervisor wasn’t any better. I was told both had been there less than a week and neither one even had a business card. When we talked about my trade in, it was inspected, an offer was made, and I accepted the offer. Joey (sales manager?) came back twice and lowered the offer on my trade, telling me it had to be wholesaled out and no one wanted it. I recieved the vehicle in the pouring rain, the only thing I was shown was how the on-star worked, from on-star! No explanation on any of the vehicles controls. Every time I asked a question, no one had an answer. Only after I got home, did I find out the vehicle was not even equipped with blue-tooth capabilities. I have purchased many new vehicles, from Harleys, cars, trucks to motorhomes. Every dealership takes the time to explain the new vehicle to it’s new owners, at the least for safety reasons. To top things off, when I drove past the dealership, my trade in on their lot for sale! I realize that they are in business to make money, but I feel that blatant lying is not acceptable in any business. If someone would have explained what the vehicle had and did not have, a problem could have been diverted. If the closer would have just told me my vehicle is worth “this” amount, another problem would have been diverted. As it stands, Boulevard Buick has left a bad taste in my mouth. A few weeks after I this deal, I contacted the owners, the only offer I received was to send someone out to show me how the vehicle worked! I do like the GMC Terrain. I would and have recommended it. But I would recommend that family and friends try another dealership. Jim Clark More
We visited Boulevard GMC to check out the 2010 Terrain and get a better idea how the 4cyl SLE did on hills. Riley greeted us and took us on a test drive. There was only one Terrain available on their lot ( very popular model right now!) and she offered several options to make the remaining Terrain more appealing purchase wise. The exact model, color and options wanted wasn't available. She definitely took the time to make sure that everything that was important, was just as important to her and had a search out for that exact vehicle. We very much appreciated her diligence and great effort in making the process fast and painless! We didn't end up making a purchase, but Candice really made that time valuable and her priority which meant alot to us. Most experiences at the dealer are never the best and can be a total turn off, but this was by far an exception. Once we left, she called a little while after just to follow-up and see where we were in the buying process and to let us know that no matter where we decided to purchase, she just wanted to make certain we were happy. Candice is a credit to Boulevard GMC and we will make certain to contact her once we've decided on the right time to move forward with a purchase. Thanks Candice!! - Laura and Maureen More
WE LOVE BOULEVARD!! Super friendly staff got us a great deal on the right vehicle at a great rate. We never felt any pressure and the sales reps were honest and very accommodating. We filled out all the paper work and two days later they called us that they were able to get us a better rated with another lender and they resubmitted all of our paper work for us. Saved us tons of interest. Service department in quick and honest. Will be loyal customers for life! I sent my mom and she got the same treatment and a new car too! More
