This was the best sales experience I have ever had. Mike went over and beyond in a courteous manner to find the perfect financing to fit my needs. Ron Faas was so helpful to assist with the sale price and my trade in and also taking time to assist in forwarding documents for me from my employee personal page and email. I own a 2008 Kia Sportage and on the same day I brought it in for service I want to commend Milton for his professionalism and concern in the service of my Sportage. I felt like the dealership cared about me and took time to make me feel like a valued customer. More

After a week of picking out SUV's, testing driving, and deciding what we could afford we finally traded in my 10 year old car for a Rav4! Sandy, our saleswoman, helped us along the way and was great! Although we did have a hiccup in the financial process with the dealership giving us the wrong registration for a different vehicle and had to go back and resign papers we are very happy with our experience and our new family vehicle! We would recommend this dealership to family and friends! More
Times Have Changed, For The Better My Daughter and her husband decided to purchase a car. This would be a challenge considering the monthly payment, they could afford, would not be as robust based on todays average price of vechicles. After looking at several vechicles at different dealerships, and speaking to sales personel at each business entity, They felt that Sandi was making a real effort to find the right vechicle at a price they could afford. I accompanied my Daughter, to ensure that the goal was to find a vechicle at a reasonable rate. From past experiences, I was prepared to verbly jab, dodge, give a right hook then a quick left knock out punch in order to stay ahead of the bate and switch, and high pressure sales that dealerships were known to indulge in to close a sale. I was pleasantly surprised to find Sandi's attitude to be professional, business like and yet friendly, and genuinely interested in finding the right vechicle for my Daughter. All of the personel at this dealership were quite friendly and made our visit welcomed and comfortable, given that they were busy and wouldn't benefit financially from this deal, not always so at other dealerships. When we (Jenny's parents) are in the market for a vechicle we will make every effort to find Sandi. We feel very comfortable reccommending her to friends or acquaintances. More

The car is excellent and has more features than my 1999 Cadillac Deville. I will definitely recommend this dealership, and, will insist on my friends to first go to them before any other dealer. Had the most incredible pleasant experience shopping for a car; not kidding. After several days of shopping, it would be an understatement to say I was weary of sales pitches of why I needed something I was a car; not kidding. After several days of shopping, it would be an understatement to say I was weary of sales pitches of why I needed something I was sure I didn't. Also , never once did Sandi act as if I was asking for the moon. In her calm reassuring manner; she simply said " I'll do everything I can to work magic," and she did. This lady deserves an award. Our needs were no easy to meet, but she came through and exceeded what we thought we would be able to purchase. Mort, in insurance: was informative and secured insurance coverage that exceeded my past coverage for less. I loved saving money that is oh so hard to come by presently. Bobby, in finance followed suit by not offering or pushing things I either didn't need , nor could afford. The manager in this store also took the time to engage my son in conversation. I have not seen that anywhere except maybe when ready to "sign." In short, I made new friends today that treated us like family, and when Im ready to trade my car, they will be my first choice.
