The purpose of our visit was strictly to the service dept for a tire problem on our Kia Soul which we bought a year ago, which was taken care of in no time at all. While we were waiting for our car I was approached by Sandi, we started talking about the new Kia Sportage, for the heck of it I said run some figures by me, bearing in mind I had no intentions of buying a new vehicle. Sandi was not pushy or aggravating like a lot of car sales people are. Her friendly kind manner was a breath of fresh air, and the quality of the Sportage combined had me sold. It was a pleasure to meet Sandi, from start to finish she took care of everything and my wife and I got the deal we wanted. This dealership is first rate and the staff, especially Sandi. Test drove the car; got a price that was acceptable through the sales managers, including Frankie? and Sonny?. Got the car in; got two accessories needed for the deal. This did take a few days but kept me in the loop. Went in to finalize, pay, have access. added, sign the final papers. Everybody thanked me. Especially helpful were Justin and Mike (Hollings??) the pencil man, the finance expert. He actually helped me. Left the dealership. The end. More
