Tom was very patient and answered all of my questions. He explained all my options and helped me get what I wanted. He was aware that my old car was "dying" and I was going to need a vehicle as soon as possible and explained that the vehicle I wanted would not be available for another month. I placed a deposit on a RAV4 LE but later in the week changed my mind and asked if he could keep an eye out for an XLE. Tom understood and searched for vehicles that fit the bill. Within in a matter of one day he located a vehicle for me and had it transferred to the dealership. I was really happy to get the vehicle with the right combination of features I wanted for a competitive price. The finance process was quick and easy.
