I've always had a great experience at Bob Smith Toyota but my most recent was exceptional. Emily was my service advisor and accommodated my unique needs. My car is difficult to operate due to a device ins but my most recent was exceptional. Emily was my service advisor and accommodated my unique needs. My car is difficult to operate due to a device installed and upon explaining that to Emily she made sure the technicians understood and made sure I felt comfortable and that the device wouldn't malfunction. She absolved so much anxiety I had going in to the service appointment, will definitely be requesting her next time! More
On 2/19/22 I was discriminated and harassed at this dealership by Vincent Contreir of the parts department. I have the entire incident on video and I’m talking to Toyota headquarters now. Outstanding customer service for 9 years now. Treats customers like family. Timely service even without appointment. They are excellent at prioritizing work flow in the Service Department. Was unable to fix the low tire indicator while I waited. Was notified that the service providers would need more time. They did provide me with a list of other items that need my attention in the near fut Was notified that the service providers would need more time. I will return when I can leave the car for a day. More
