3 hrs for an oil change? I made an appointment for a simple oil change but the person booking the appointment made it on the wrong day so I was treated like a walk in customer I made an appointment for a simple oil change but the person booking the appointment made it on the wrong day so I was treated like a walk in customer and waited 3 hrs for a simple oil change. The service advisors are great but the two who answer phones and make appointments are awful. To make a simple appointment I had to place three calls (hung up on once, put on interminable hold once and then the appointment was booked for “day after tomorrow” rather than “tomorrow please”). Why not upgrade website to allow customers to book their own appointments or at least put more competent people on the phone to interface with customers? This dealership is closer to home for me but my one & only experience with it tells me that customers are not their primary interest. More

This car runs like a well oiled clock because the staff at Bob Smith keep it up every 3 months with regular check ups. The service is wonderful. I drop the car off at the dealership in La Crescenta on Foothill Blvd., they bring me home and then come and get me when the service is done. Gift Certificate not honored Have taken a 2011 Toyota Tundra here for many years and just had the 120K mile service, which basically is changing spark plugs and filters and fillin Have taken a 2011 Toyota Tundra here for many years and just had the 120K mile service, which basically is changing spark plugs and filters and filling up liquids at a cost of $578, which seems high. I had a coupon for 10% off, which was honored and a “gift certificate” for $20 (which to me is like cash), and the service agent, Mike, said he could not accept the gift certificate because “the computer wouldn’t let him since a 10% discount had already been applied”. The “gift” sadly also expires in January, so probably not able to use it. Seems like such a certificate should be honored without restrictions. Service was done up to all other standards and I always enjoy the friendliness of the service staff, especially the guy who retrieves the vehicle for you. More

So happy I got the car I wanted I decided to give Bob Smith a try since my regular dealership was unable to give me a good deal. Also, I listen to Jerry Reynolds and he highly recomm I decided to give Bob Smith a try since my regular dealership was unable to give me a good deal.
