Great communication and great work I bought my Highlander Hybrid from Bob Smith about two months ago and discovered that the passenger front speaker was out along with the microphone fo I bought my Highlander Hybrid from Bob Smith about two months ago and discovered that the passenger front speaker was out along with the microphone for the Bluetooth system. I made an appointment and brought the car in. From that appointment they determined that it was a problem with the head unit for the entertainment system. They were going to need to pull the dashboard off and dig deeper. But they wanted to get some possible replacement parts and so we decided to get the car back and bring it in early one morning the next week so they could have it all day. They discovered that it was a known issue and when I brought it back in, they repaired the problems that same day (as promised) and got my car back to me. Communication and expectations management are very important to me, and they delivered. More

I reached out to see if there were photos and additional information on it, and Daniel got back to me right away and included tons of helpful information with low pressure to come in. I decided to set up an appointment for the next day and it was exactly what I wanted! Daniel and everyone there - Justin and Rosie were all so nice and welcoming and excited for me and my new truck. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone- setting up an appointment and knowing what you want goes a LONG way, but it's also really helpful when the people you're working with a nice, and they really were. Also, I was able to walk away with a price I felt really good about with no hassle at all, just information and options. Thank you all so much for your help and well wishes! More

60,000 mi. service Been going here for service first for 2000 RAV, and now for 2005 RAV, and would not consider going anywhere else. All the service reps are great, especially Frank. Friendly, professional and most importantly to me - upfront with exactly what needs to be done with my car. I have never felt like they are trying to sell me unnecessary service and this honesty is so very much appreciated. Only negative comment this service date (1/8/19) is: received call at 2:40pm that car was ready, I requested pick-up. Was told it would be shortly; I assumed within 30 minutes. I called back at 3:30 and was told they only had 1 driver, he was in town next to me and I'm next stop. 55 mins. later @ 4:25, I called again and was told that driver was stuck in traffic coming back from Pasadena?!? Front desk, while very pleasant and apologetic, didn't know who told me "I was next ", but driver would be coming soon. At 4:40p, I received call from driver who said he'd be here at 5pm and he was. I don't mind waiting for pick-up -- even 2hrs/20 mins -- just let me know. Thank you More

No one reached out to me to let me know it would take longer and no explanation once I was notified my car was ready. Hybrid battery exchange I am very happy with the Dealer over all, the job is done well and on the promised time. Only question I have is if the original battery's warranty is 10 years, why the replacement (brand new) warranty is only 3 years, is it not the same kind and made by the same company? More
