Have been dealing with Frank for decades so I was worried when he retired. Alex Little exceeded my expectations on a complicated service issue. He was helpful, proactive in communicating with us, and guided when he retired. Alex Little exceeded my expectations on a complicated service issue. He was helpful, proactive in communicating with us, and guided us through everything we needed to know about a failed AAA service issue. Alex is professional and will definitely request him again at our next service. Thank you Alex. More
Started to use this dealer for my Lexus service because got a free shuttle to JPL where I worked (now retired). Was told they follow the service manual (seems to have stopped doing this in the past few ye got a free shuttle to JPL where I worked (now retired). Was told they follow the service manual (seems to have stopped doing this in the past few years). Frank Carone was a good service manager when I could get him (now retired). Had a great website to request service (Ex. 30,000 miles, 35,000 miles, etc), now you cannot do this simple item on their website. This last service was for 155,000 miles. Was told I needed about $4,000 of repairs, one item of which said I should drain and replace my brake fluid since it was so old. Looked at my last service bill and found they had charged me for that service last time, only 5,000 miles ago. Good thing I said no this time .. More
We took our 2014 Camry to Bob Smith Toyota for 50, 000 miles service, mainly because we received what is called a "Gift certificate of $ 259.64 , Good toward any service or repair." What surprised me f miles service, mainly because we received what is called a "Gift certificate of $ 259.64 , Good toward any service or repair." What surprised me first when I took the car in on Dec. 14 was that the estimate for the 50, 000 miles service was $139 which was below $150 minimum required for using the gift certificate, a fact not mentioned in the gift certificate. When the service advisor suggested some extra service to be done in addition to the 50,000 mile service, I agreed to it hoping that I would now able to use this so-called holiday gift certificate because now that the new estimate was well over $500. To my surprise again when I paid for the finished service, I was not able to utilize the certificate. I brought the matter to the attention of Mr. Erich Fertschneider who issued the so-called " Season's Greetings-------wishing you a very happy holiday season." gift card. I was not satisfied with his explanation of the fine print in the gift certificate which I think is a gross violation of a faithful commercial advertisement, basically a false advertisement. I hope you stop sending this kind of misleading pre-holiday "Gift Certificate" to your customers in the future because it actually demoralizes their holiday spirit. More
Frank was our go-to guy for decades! Sadly, he has retired, but Emily now has his office and she has proven to be every bit the professional that Frank was! Greg Bakalyan is the best service professional I have ever worked with! He clearly presents options and very shortly after I left the car he was in touch to lay out repair options. He is totally focused ever worked with! He clearly presents options and very shortly after I left the car he was in touch to lay out repair options. He is totally focused on you the client and making sure you are comfortable with any proposed repairs. I followed him here recently from a Lexus only dealership and I am totally satisfied with my first experience at this dealership. Repairs were very competitive price wise and turn around was quick. Car was immaculate inside/outside wh. But most of all, Greg is simply the very best to work with! More
