Service departm . By far the most dishonest dealer that’s been in the Crescenta valley. You’ll pay thousand more for a new car , always has been . Service department will always try to up sale you after you drop off a car . Many times I’ve dropped car for minor problem the would say it needs a new motor , even on a car that actually had a new motor with three hundred miles on it. . Crooks , service reps are nice but make commissions off ripping you off . More
This is a great dealership for service. I've always been treated well here and I have found that I can trust what they say in terms of what they recommend and what my car needs. been treated well here and I have found that I can trust what they say in terms of what they recommend and what my car needs. I had a service here on July 12th, later I found pubic hairs brushed on headliner and all over the dash and carpet! I will not recommend service here to anyone! hairs brushed on headliner and all over the dash and carpet! I will not recommend service here to anyone! More

For once, I was a bit bummed. I probably should not complain as it was a free service included with my new car purchase a few months ago. But I've been going to Bob Smith with my Toyotas for the last 1 complain as it was a free service included with my new car purchase a few months ago. But I've been going to Bob Smith with my Toyotas for the last 10 years and this one fell short. I was not kept informed about the - probably very little, if any, the car has 2000 miles - work that had to be done, until I asked about the status of it 2 hours after I dropped it off at my appointment time. That's when I heard that work will be done soon, very soon, and then zip again. No info on what was done, any issues, etc, just told to proceed to checkout and pick up the car. All in all, the car was there 4 hours and for an almost new car this is not really acceptable. Hope this was an anomaly. If not, I would need to reconsider for my future needs. Except Greg, who was nice, all others did not notice me, not say hi and I did not feel welcome at all. More
