I've always taken our 2 Prius for servicing at Bob Smith, and have been satisfied up until now.. The check engine light came on, and I took the 2015 Prius in to see what the problem was.They ran a check, a and have been satisfied up until now.. The check engine light came on, and I took the 2015 Prius in to see what the problem was.They ran a check, and said that the problem had been found, and was repaired. However the check engine light continued to come on periodically. I took it back. The service department found other problems that required the engine to be rebuilt. After a few weeks they finished the job.. However, when I got the car back, it had not been washed, with even a hosting off of the exterior. There where used latex gloves in the drink holder, and discarded plastic head covering left in the car. More
