Steve was consise and direct while helping me decide on which Rav 4 to purchase as there were a couple of cars that I liked on the lot . Both individuals were very helpful in making sure that I received any assistance I needed. Were able to help get me into a car before all of them sold off of the lot, as it appeared that 3/4 the available c received any assistance I needed. Were able to help get me into a car before all of them sold off of the lot, as it appeared that 3/4 the available cars were sold/damaged in a day and a half. The prices were pretty competitive, and the Trade in value was MUCH better than any of the other dealers I Visited. My one suggestion is that the "Clear upfront price" is not very clear when I can't go online and view the price. Only a select few cars actually showed the price online. The rest you had to go to the dealership and actually look at the cars to see the price. I saw this as a bit misleading since It said "We post our prices online for everyone, including our competitors to see". NONE of the Prius's had their price shown online. They all stated "Call for details" or "Come in for quote". Other than that, I really enjoyed my experience. More

I worked with Steve York and he was VERY HELPFUL! His integrity and willingness to go above and beyond were very much appreciated. He quoted me a price and stuck with it even though the price was writt integrity and willingness to go above and beyond were very much appreciated. In addition, I the tires on the Toyota corolla I purchased look pretty worn so he had them replace when other dealerships would have let them go. Overall, I am very pleased with the dealership and even more please with the service I received from Steve. More

I was very pleased with how he handled a list of "concerns" regarding the final detailing of the car. I could not have been more satisfied with how this went. Steve was remarkably thorough in his explanation of the extended warranty coverage and the benefits of the vehicle having the "certified" tag. Most importantly, two months into my ownership, I am one exceedingly happy Toyota Solara owner. More
The sales representative, Ian Lewert, was respectful, informative, and took the time to work with me. He listened to what I wanted in a vehicle, and helped match the available stock with what I was looki informative, and took the time to work with me. He also did not become frustrated towards me as the deal took longer than initially thought due to a financing situation that arose. One of the managers, Rusty Carr, was friendly and patient when both reviewing all of the paperwork of the deal, and explaining/answering any questions that I had. The financial manager that worked with me, Jay Haas, went above and beyond with regards to the APR rate, the loan itself, and meditating for me between bank and the Dorschel company. Between his hardwork and the work of Mr. Lewert, this sale was able to happen in the month of June. If these individuals had not put in the time, effort, and care into this deal, then I would have had to have waited until January for a new vehicle-and may not have gone through Dorschel. I highly recommend this dealership. More
