We purchased the car on Friday afternoon and realized late Friday evening that we had left Frank Gattellaro made this the best car buying experience. We purchased the car on Friday afternoon and realized late Friday evening that we had left our copy of the Purchase Recap on his desk. I e-mailed him and he got right back to me and said he would e-mail me a copy on Saturday morning. Sure enough just before 9:00 am on Saturday he sent me my copy. Then on Sunday we decided we wanted to change how the car was registered so I e-mailed him again, he called me on his day off to discuss it and again said he would handle it when he got to work on Monday morning.
