All I Could Ask for Had already shopped around and had a price for a 3 year lease of a 2016 Camry lease from a competitor. Dorschel undercut that by $80/mo! Amazing. Our sales rep sat so we could see his computer, he built the deal based upon our options and preferences. The sales manager was only involved to estimate our trade in and encourage the process. No backroom dealings. No, "I have to get this approved by some higher up." It was all done at the sales rep's desk in in plain view of us. If you like to haggle about your price for a car, don't go to Dorschel. But, if you want a no nonsense, great price with absolutely no coercion, Dorschel is the place. Would I go back? Would I recommend this dealership to others? You'd better believe it! More

Far more than amazed! If you ever need a place to go to buy a car, this is it! Kodjo was there step by step and was the best salesperson I have met. After a deal fell out at Garber Honda (they sold the car they were "holding" for me), I found a Honda Civic on the Dorchel Toyota website and immediately sent a request to look at the car. Within a few minutes I got a call saying it was available and set up a test drive, went there not even a half an hour later with money In me hand, and within 2 hours, walked out with a down payment on my new car (even though it's a 2008). I'm telling you, this car had almost no damage, even for a 2008, was priced reasonably, has no rust,and has been my dream car for years, and now I have the luxury to drive it every day. Normally when I see a good review I assume it's the dealership just writing it to make themselves look good, but I can confidently say, I am impressed with the service I got from everyone, and there was literally no hassle and not the whole having to shake four guys' hands who claim they know the mechanic your bringing to look at the car. Ask for Kodjo Koumako and I promise you won't be disappointed!!! More

As far as Dorschel goes, I wasn't completely satisfied. Worked with Jason, and Matt. If it wasn't for Jason's follow up call about the vehicle, we probably wouldn't have given it a second go round. I hope Dorschel's manager understands their involvement with our purchase and that he gives Jason and Matt credit for the sale. My only regret was that Dorschel management didn't address my concern enough about the condition of the tires, and chose to do nothing. Matt did explain that management wouldn't do a thing about it. Which sends me a strong message about Dorschel. Matt suggested to check the level of the threads, and bring the car into the service area,. Upon doing the quick and easy penny test, clearly the threads are below standards and indicates, tires need replacing. The service manager, I believe, when he saw me doing the penny test, couldn't care less. He acted as though I had three heads. Long story short, I bought the vehicle because it was priced right, however, I have to buy a new set of tires, I don't want to compromise safety. Going into the service area to check the thread level was a total waste of time. I feel like Dorschel felt they discounted the vehicle so much, safety of their customers doesn't matter as long as they get what they need to get out of the sale of a vehicle. I'll be taking the vehicle to a reputable service place and confirm what I already know. I put my faith in the Dorschel name, and bought the car hoping the service area did their job, and the tires are the only thing I need to be concerned about. I only hope your service area did a thorough job when they serviced the vehicle for sale. I have my doubts now. It's too soon to recommend this dealership to friends and family. More
