So I emailed Dorschel,and with in 5 mins Jessica in customer care called and set up an appt,so we could talk to someone about what we wanted. We told Matt our needs and what we hoped to do,and the process began. He didn't disappear he was right there with us the whole way. Everyone we met, were very informative and pleasant. New Car Purcahse Overall Very Good. I am disappointed that the Manufacturers rebates expire at month end and the dealer wouldn't stand by the offer made on the 30th. Overall Very Good.
