Bob Johnson and sales rep Bert Marlatt changed that experience. We were able to trade in one SUV and able to lease two Vehicle's without added cost. We benefit now with more flexibility in our schedules. Our fuel cost will go down and reliability of new cars make us feel safe. Chevy has some great programs to allow todays car buying experience affordable. Bert and staff were all friendly and no pressure as we worked thru the decision process of what vehicles will fit our needs. Great experience all the way around. More
Cannot even begin to tell you how bad of a service experience we had with the entire service department. I have been buying cars from this place for 15 years, and my family has for way longer. I bought a 2006 Pontiac GTO last fall (2012) and couldn't be happier with the experience, except when I tried to contact them afterwards about needing a key for the glove compartment. We arrived on the lot on a Sunday morning just before 11. We drove around the lot and saw the exact vehicle we were looking for. Steve walked over to us and asked us if we wanted to go for a test drive. W We drove around the lot and saw the exact vehicle we were looking for. Steve walked over to us and asked us if we wanted to go for a test drive. We didn't realize it but the dealership is sometimes open on the last Sunday of the month. Steve introduced us to the finance manager who was able to arrange our financing that same day. We picked up the car after undercoating and UV protecting gloss coating was applied. When we noticed a problem with the weather stripping we brought it to Steve's attention and he told us he would take care of it. As the parents of two year old triplets we do not have enough child care to drive a vehicle to the dealership and back even though they are very close to where we live. Steve helped with getting the vehicle to and from the shop and even stopped by to get our signature on the replacement title for the trade in (we moved mid last year and have still not completely unpacked). When ever we perceived there might be a problem to completing the transaction Steve was always quick to suggest and then follow through with a solution. We were very happy with the overall experience and never felt like we were being "sold" to. All of the conversation was just friendly talking. We wanted to buy and they wanted to sell. It was the best car shopping and buying experience in my life. More

Our experience at Bob Johnson's was the best ever! We have not been to a car dealer in over 12 years to purchase a car and were not looking forward to going at all. I can not say enough about the great customer service we received from our sales person, Carol Harrington to the finance Director,George Sarkis,to the Sales Manager Pete Montante. We were treated like family! I myself have worked in customer service for over 30 years and am probubly more aware then most about the level of customer service I receive from a business and I would say we received 110% from everyone at Bob Johnson. We had such a great experience my husband and I wish we needed to buy another car soon just to go back and visit. You will not be disappointed. We had an awful experience At another local Chevy dealership so we decided to go to bob Johnson...best decision ever! It was so easy..made an apt..went it...drove the truck we wanted...went to financ dealership so we decided to go to bob Johnson...best decision ever! It was so easy..made an apt..went it...drove the truck we wanted...went to finance...left within 2 hours...went back 2 days later ..signed papers and left with our shiny new baby! Never in our lives have we spent so little time on a car deal!!! Everyone was extremely friendly and the finance guy worked particularly hard just to get us financed!! No games..no hassles..no lies...def recommend! More
Last Year I purchased 2 vehicles from this dealer. One of the vehicles was a used silverado pickup it was a 2002 so it was 9 years old when purchased. Less than a year later I bought it in for service and the repair bills were costly. I did have an extended warranty but out of pocket expenses were high.After talking to my sales associate,used car manager and service personnel I felt issues were not getting resolved. A sales associate advised me to talk to either the General Manager or the Owner. After talking to the right person, which was the General Manager my issue were resolved. The General Manager and owner do not want unhappy customers and are more than willing to right any wrongs. They went out of their way to resolve this issue. I will recommend and buy from this dealer. Before writing a bad review talk to the right people and I am confident they will make your experience a good one. More
The service department is very friendly I have never had a bad experience or had service that was less than 100%. I would like to mention the particular mechanic who is the reason I choose Bob Johnson to service both my vehicles and that is Dave Secash. I am not sure if the mechanics ever get recognition since they do not directly have contact with the customers. His work is meticulous nothing less than perfect and I never have any doubt that my car will not be fixed correctly or that he will never know the solution to the fix. More
