I told the salesman what I was looking for, a 2017 Silverado 1500 regular cab 4x4. He said they didn’t have any on the lot, and offered a possible better deal on a full cab. Which I wasn’t interested in. A little searching later he pulled up a possible candidate. I made an offer which of course got shot down. So I gave him my final offer to which he said oh no your not even close. I said no way that was a fair offer to which he said “ I’ve already sold 5 cars today I don’t need to sell anymore” if this is the customer service at the sale I can only imagine how good it is after. Needless to say I went to O’conner The next day and got the truck for my asking price. More
Poor customer service after sale I purchased a new Volt September 3, 2016. When I picked it up, the sales rep pointed out that a trim piece was missing on the inside of the driver do I purchased a new Volt September 3, 2016. When I picked it up, the sales rep pointed out that a trim piece was missing on the inside of the driver door. He said it was on order and would be mailed to me in a couple of days. After I got home, I realized that he still had the keys and I only had one set. I called and he said he would mail them to me with the trim piece. After two months and numerous calls and messages to the sales rep and eventually the sales manager, the spare key set was finally mailed to me. However, it is now going on 5 months and still no trim piece, even after more calls and messages. I would not recommend doing business with this dealership. More

Slow service and they stole from me They had my car for a week, horrible organization, and they stole from me. I brought it in for warranty work, which obviously isn't a priority to them They had my car for a week, horrible organization, and they stole from me. I brought it in for warranty work, which obviously isn't a priority to them, and they seemed to have forgotten about the car. It was there 4 days before they worked on it. I finally got it back and my prescription sunglasses and a bluetooth receiver were stolen out of my vehicle. I will never go to them again! More

Very Satisfied My husband and I came in looking for a 2nd car on Saturday, we knew we wanted a Cruze because my brother & one son owns one and our other son works fo My husband and I came in looking for a 2nd car on Saturday, we knew we wanted a Cruze because my brother & one son owns one and our other son works for GM We were greeted by Andy Stewart and asked if we had any questions. We asked to sit in two different cars a 2012 & a 2013, we were leaning towards one but had to leave saying we would be back in a few hours. Andy was Great, not at all pushy or in our face. We came back and ended up asking a lot of questions about both cars then driving one. Andy with patience answered all our questions and we bought the more expensive car. On Monday we went in to get all the paperwork in order when it was signed and financed (thank you) We asked just for kicks what would our 2013 Rouge would get in a trade in? We then proceeded to drive a 2015 Cruze LT2 and working with Andy and George in finance trading our car and buying our 2nd Cruze in 2 days!! Yes I will highly recommend Bob Johnson on the Ridge and most Definalty say go see Andy Stewart.. More
Rude Salesperson I had such a poor sales experience I've decided to just buy a bicycle. Salesperson complained about me taking too much of his time and refused to give me a blank contract when asked. Hey Bob Johnson, it's the LAW in NY State to provide the contract when asked! Sales manager does not respond to request to speak to him. Glad I found all this out before I got a car from them and had a problem with it! I see what I could expect in the way of service if they are so rude and unresponsive when you're trying to BUY a car from them! More
Service Center I had my car towed to this place because the first shop I took the car to couldnt figure out what was wrong I was contacted by chris codd i told him e I had my car towed to this place because the first shop I took the car to couldnt figure out what was wrong I was contacted by chris codd i told him exactly what was going on my gas gauge and rpm was jumping back and forth as we spoke over the phone he insist that he would fix the car the estimate he gave was a lil too much so he wouldnt start perfoming work on the car until i told him it was ok. So i said ok He then tells me the car is ready i go to pick up the car and the same problem is still occuring here i am a month later still trying to fux the problem and the service director robert scott never picks up the phone or return calls this is the worse dealership in rochester ny. Should be taken out of business. More
