We very interested in a car they had up on the Website. And although the salesman we dealt with was very nice and the people were nice there, I feel they are sort of running a Scam!. We went there and test drove a used car that I was very interested in. The only problem was that the front seat was broken. The back of the seat would go down but would not come back up. The salesman (who actually was very nice) told us that the part was on order and it would be fixed. We loved the car and we we called back to get the status of the repair and were told that Dorshell decided the repair would be too expensive and so they are going to send the car to auction. The car is still up on the Website as I write this and I am not sure who has the time to go to car dealerships and test drive cars that are not actually being sold but I am not one of those people!!!! False advertising to get you into thier dealership and sell other cars!. Waste of my time!!!!And the care should have been tested thoroughly before it was placed on the lot or website to be sold. Don't go there!!!!! More

Art Chase and the financial dept were able to help me AND give me a great car in a matter of hours, that others couldn't "figure out" in MONTHS! Not only have I recommended this dealership, I have given specific names to everyone I know personally AND on social media! This dealership is the EXAMPLE of honest, fair, helpful and go beyond their "job description" to help and make sure that the customer is 110% satisfied!!! More

It is hard when the lease is in his name and I had to change it due to him passing away. Great job and thank you for your outstanding customer service at a very sad time. SERVICE CENTER IS NOT REPUTABLE On Friday 10/5, I took my 2015 Altima 3.5 SL to the service center for a simple oil change and tire rotation with the standard multi-point inspection. On Friday 10/5, I took my 2015 Altima 3.5 SL to the service center for a simple oil change and tire rotation with the standard multi-point inspection. My experience was bad as soon as I walked in the door and got worse as my time there continued. I had a coupon for the 39.99 oil change deal and told the advisor who checked me in and she said she would take care of it. When my vehicle was done, the advisor came and told me the car needed a new xxx battery cable and brake cleaning but other than that the car was fine. (which i knew was a lie because my left rear tire is low on air constantly and my right back tire had a cut on the outside because we just got our state inspection) but I assumed they at least did the oil change and tire rotation right so I didnt mention his overlooking of the condition of my tires and the opportunity to sell me a pair of tires. When I got my vehicle back, I saw that the 'LDW/BSW Malfunction light was on, which was not on when I checked the vehicle in for service. I immediately took the car back inside and showed the advisor who then went in to get the technician who worked on my car. No one had a clue what was wrong or even took the time to go get someone else who may know what was going on. He simply turned off the Lane Departure Warning and Blind Spot Warning feature so that the light would 'go away'. I was going out of town and didnt have much time to stay to wait for it to be checked back in so I made an appointment to come in 10/8. After that, I went home and showed my husband the paperwork and he went out to inspect the vehicle. He noticed that the two rear tires that had damage WERE STILL IN THE SAME PLACE! The tires WERE NEVER ROTATED. Which explains why the technician failed to mention that my tires needed to be replaced when he did his 'multi point inspection'. In fact, he put that there were NO cuts, nails, or damage to the tires. On 10/8 at about 3am on the way back from VA that same tire with the cut gave out and went flat. I understand that the tire going out was NOT the fault of nissan or the technician, however his negligence to rotate and inspect the tires as he indicated he did caused us to think that the tire may not have been as bad as we thought and that it didnt need to be replaced quite yet. Had we had known, we would have purchased two tires that day. So on 10/8, we took the vehicle back to the dealership and explained all of this to the advisor who helped me on 10/5. She stated that she would take care of the installation of the tires for free and all we had to do was purchase a tire whether it be there or anywhere else. I agreed and told her I would come back on 10/9 to get the tires installed, she would jut have to let me know the price. She stated that she would price some tires for us and give us a call back by EOB 10/8. It is now 10/9 and I have still not heard from them. The service there is awful and we literally just purchased our car back in August of this year. I will NEVER take my car back to this place. I simply needed a tire rotation and oil change and couldn't even get that without issues. Please train your staff to do their due diligence and complete their job assignments without rushing or lying about what is done. Also, please teach your advisors what integrity on the job is and to not make promises you have no intentions on keeping. Me and my husband were very nice given the circumstances and this is how we were treated? Never again. More

It is exactly because it isn't an activity I look forward to that my review should resonate with what I believe to be a large portion of the population. Because my first and most important goal in the car buying process is to make it as short and fruitful as possible, an element of trust plays a heavy role. But trust, has to be earned, and I must tell you that my wife Maria and I leased exactly the vehicle we wanted at Dorschel Automotive Group with the great help of William Barish. It was painless, because it was quick but without taking away any of the care required when making this kind of investment. We felt we ended up with exactly what we wanted, and what we needed. This is now the third vehicle we have leased from Dorschel and it will most certainly not be the last. More
