No Follow Through on Promised Service I purchased a used car in February 2019. The salesman was wonderful and we had a great time. He made the process very easy. There were two problems I purchased a used car in February 2019. The salesman was wonderful and we had a great time. He made the process very easy. There were two problems that needed fixing and I was told that the service department would contact me in a week or so. I sent several follow up emails to my salesman and after the initial thank yous, never heard from him again other than a form letter email telling me it may be time for service (oil change). Seven months later after probably 4-5 emails, I've given up on expecting this to be remedied. I live an hour away and would have to take a day off in order to take the car up and wait for the repairs to be done. My husband is retired and could do this, however, he spends most of his week at a local race track prepping the surface for a weekly race so our available time is greatly limited. I'm extremely disappointed since every other aspect of this transaction went so smoothly. I would not recommend Dorschel based on this experience. More

We very interested in a car they had up on the Website. And although the salesman we dealt with was very nice and the people were nice there, I feel they are sort of running a Scam!. We went there and test drove a used car that I was very interested in. The only problem was that the front seat was broken. The back of the seat would go down but would not come back up. The salesman (who actually was very nice) told us that the part was on order and it would be fixed. We loved the car and we we called back to get the status of the repair and were told that Dorshell decided the repair would be too expensive and so they are going to send the car to auction. The car is still up on the Website as I write this and I am not sure who has the time to go to car dealerships and test drive cars that are not actually being sold but I am not one of those people!!!! False advertising to get you into thier dealership and sell other cars!. Waste of my time!!!!And the care should have been tested thoroughly before it was placed on the lot or website to be sold. Don't go there!!!!! More
