I was in need of a new car for over a month, I visited many dealerships and looked at a wide variety of cars (Camry,Altima,Sonata, Chrystler). I was tied of the typical sales negotiations asscociated with many dealerships and looked at a wide variety of cars (Camry,Altima,Sonata, Chrystler). I was tied of the typical sales negotiations asscociated with a new car buy. I own a nissan altima with 180k miles on it and i was looking for a good trade value on a new buy. Most other dealers offered me between $3500 and $4500 for the trade in however their purchase price and monthly payments could not satisfy me. I then reached out to Dorschel (reference from sister-n-law Gina Mazza)via e-mail. I explained my situation and expressed I needed to get a deal done now with my trade in and get a great price. Dorschel responded in a timely manner with a unconfirmed offer (they still needed to test drive my trade in) and immediatly was lower than every other dealers offer. I then went to the dealership and sat down with James Davenport. James was so up front,professional and answered all of my questions. After they test drove my car ( and by the way I was present during the test drive) James confirmed the offer and we closed the deal. What I also liked about Dorschel was I delt with James only- they presented their best offer right out of the gate so I was not left there sitting or deciding what to do between salesmen and financial managers. James closed the deal with me and also worked with me regarding extended warranties and other options. If and when I have to do this again- I will undoubtedly go back to Dorschel and see James Davenport. Car buying is a headache for me, James at Dorschel was the medicine to make it right.
