He has been great teaching me how to operate the car, he was very willing to review anything that I couldn't remember or didn't understand. Jerry is a professional at his job, he instills confidenence and again I felt he was being honest with me at all times. Dudley knows his job and he does it quickly and efficiently in a friendly manner. (Dudley, the name of the book I mentioned is "The Day I owned the Sky.) I was very unhappy with the over all experience with the service department. I feel that I was quoted a ridiculous amount for services. The repairs that were done to my car were not done properly and no e service department. I feel that I was quoted a ridiculous amount for services. I tried to explain why I felt the way I did but the manager was to busy telling me why I was wrong. I don't think the customer is necessarily always right but perhaps you should listen to what they have to say. **On top of everything my phone call with the assistant manager was recorded without my knowledge or consent (the service manager told me he listen to the conversation I had with the assistant manager). I am pretty sure there is a legal issue there. ~I never post reviews because I generally feel that people do their best to make things right. Not this establishment. Go else where even if it is another Ford dealer and GET A SECOND OPINION on the work. I was quoted over $500 for a repair that took another repair person 15 minutes TOTAL. These guys are shady, sloppy and have zero integrity. If the service manager from Billy Howell is reading this then I suggest you revisit the definition of the word INTEGRITY....it includes honesty. Terrible experience! More

I did not know anyone at the dealer but passed it many times. I had a wreck and and to replace my Mercury Marquis which was used for my work. Bruce Castleberry helped my wife and I and showed us the inventory of sedans and passanger cars, even though it was very cold and late in the day. We had to leave for another appointment so our time was brief. Bruce was very helpful in answering my questions on the phone the next day. I was interested in a 2011 Crown Victoria and returned the following moring. Bruce had the car ready for me to test drive and had a full history so all our questions could be answered right away. After a very straight forward conversation, we agreed on a price and I drove away happy that afternoon. I will recommend Billy Howell and I will return when I need another vehicle. More
