Customer had an older vehicle. The repair we quoted was the Ford Motor Company approved repair. She elected to have the window "glued" on to the bracket at another facility. It is our opinion that this is not a longterm repair and will eventually break again. We apologize that we didn't convey the differences between the approved repair and the temporary fix. I would like to follow up with my original post. Bill Howell called to speak with me about the experience I had at the Cumming Location. He listened to my concerns and understood why I was upset. We spoke at length and I feel that Mr. Howell has a genuine sincerity when it comes to doing the best for his customers. He let me know that he and his team would be looking into ways that would offer more options for older model cars. I like the fact that Mr. Howell took the time to reach out to me, listened to me and actually offered a solution to a difficult situation. I feel sure that my previous post dealt with an isolated incident of poor customer service. Speaking with Bill Howell reassured me that his company does act with integrity and concern for their customers. I appreciate the call from a professional business owner like Bill Howell. I would return to Billy Howell Ford to give it another chance because I believe the commitment Mr. Howell has to customer satisfaction.
