I did not know anyone at the dealer but passed it many times. I had a wreck and and to replace my Mercury Marquis which was used for my work. Bruce Castleberry helped my wife and I and showed us the inventory of sedans and passanger cars, even though it was very cold and late in the day. We had to leave for another appointment so our time was brief. Bruce was very helpful in answering my questions on the phone the next day. I was interested in a 2011 Crown Victoria and returned the following moring. Bruce had the car ready for me to test drive and had a full history so all our questions could be answered right away. After a very straight forward conversation, we agreed on a price and I drove away happy that afternoon. I will recommend Billy Howell and I will return when I need another vehicle. More
I have purchased 18 cars from Doug Bollinger since 1987. He is the best salesperson I have bought from. He is courteous, knowledgable, service orienated. Working with Billy Howell Ford couldn't have been a nicer experience. We were pleased with the fair value they gave us for our trade and for the great price on our new F-350. We live over 3 hours away & would make the drive again just to deal with them and will recommend them to our friends & family. My wife and I recently purchased a 2013 Ford Explorer from Billy Howell Ford. My wife had been in an accident that totaled her Fusion and we needed a replacement vehicle quickly so that we were not char from Billy Howell Ford. My wife had been in an accident that totaled her Fusion and we needed a replacement vehicle quickly so that we were not charged additional rental coverage - our insurance policy only covered 5 days after the settlement offer was accepted. We have a 1 year old and both work ~50 hour weeks so we have NO extra time in our schedules for car shopping. Once Randy knew what we were looking for he found us a vehicle within 10 minutes of being on site and had the cost breakdown soon after. He did a great job of showing us the available features on the vehicle we chose and while he did tell us of other available options at no time did we feel pressured into upgrading. While we waited for the price breakdown he was very understanding of us being parents and did not seem to mind our little one playing in his office. Once the pricing was presented we let him know that we would come back to purchase the vehicle - it was getting late and the baby was starting to fuss. We were not pressured into buying that night. Due to a lack of free time, we disused the financials over the phone and not in person. Dudley had all the details worked out before we got there and when we did come in to purchase the vehicle we were in and out in 1 hours time. I had let him know on the phone that I was not interested in any additional warranties or services packages other than gap insurance. When we came in to sign the papers I was not pressured into purchasing any of those items. They had the vehicle detailed and ready and after a quick tutorial of the sync system we were on our way. It was also nice to see Brenda. I had purchased my 2010 F150 from her a few years back and she still remembered who I was and said hi. I have purchased multiple vehicles new and used from other dealerships in the north ATL area. There is no comparison to the quality of service we received from the people at Billy Howell. These are good people that treated us right. They presented the options and let us make our own decision - at our own pace - and did not pressure us at any time to do otherwise. This has not been my experience at other dealerships where the goal is to sell, up-sell & then close the deal before you have time to rethink the options. Writing a review is not typical for me however I felt that after 2 good experiences they deserved some credit. I hope at some point to not have a car/truck payment however if we are ever in need of a new vehicle we will return to Billy Howell Ford. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in need of a new or used vehicle. FYI - I have also used their service department and received the same great service. More
My lease on my 2010 Taurus was running out in the next four months and I was looking at opportunities for the next lease. At that point, Mr. Castleberry stepped in and worked all the numbers for me. The process went fast and the right car was found on a lot in Albany GA. It was a two day process that took up only a couple hours of my time. When the car arrived it was prepared for delivery and then Mike Gorham called me to come in and pick up the car. Mike spent nearly an hour explaining all of the features on the MKS and was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the car. My hats off to Billy Howell and his great staff. Usually buying a car takes a long time of sitting around and negotiating. This was the best experience since I started driving ford products 10 years ago. Great experience! More

Mike, at Billy Howell, looking and reviewing vehicles for over 2 months, so I have had many experiences with manipulative, high-pressure salespeople. Mike, at Billy Howell, was very considerate and listened. He went with me to let my mechanic look over the vehicle. When we agreed on a price, the time it took to complete the deal was a fraction of what I have experienced in previous car deals. Mike followed up to make sure the service department items were complete and that the vehicle was ready when promised. He did not pressure me or use the intimidation, condescending tactics that I had experienced at other dealerships. I didn't wait in a cubicle while a "manager" determined whether we had a deal. And, the car that was advertised was actually there; no "bait and switch". This was probably my easiest car purchase out of my 14 deal over the years. More
