We went to the Atlanta Auto Show and the Billy Howell Delership was contacted from Lincoln. We received confirmation very quickly from them but it was friendly and not aggressive. It is a model that is in high demand and Bruce Castleberry, the salesperson, idenified each one that was at a dealership with the options that we were interested in. He then spent time on the phone seeing if one of the the other dealer(s) would give a car up. We were on the verge of ordering a car when a car became availble from another dealer. I honestly picked your Ford dealership because it was the closest to my house. I do not regret this decision at all. Bruce contacted me after I went on the website and he was not at all what I expected from a cars salesman. He did not try to convince me I needed this or that. He asked me questions about what I had seen or liked in other cars and answered lots of my questions. We talked on the phone for a while until we drilled down on exactly what I wanted in a car. When I brought my wife by the dealership she could not have been more supprised. Bruce not only got a good car for us, but picked out a car that had EVERY single need that I was asking for. Bruce was also able to get the budget just right so I could be able to get this car for my wife. I was so tired of truck shopping and looking for something pre-owned for my husband and myself. I had been to Billy Howell several times and did not see what I was looking for. But then I met Br something pre-owned for my husband and myself. I had been to Billy Howell several times and did not see what I was looking for. But then I met Bruce, he was the best helpful sales person that I encountered there and was very honest and was willing to sell me a warranty on a vehicle I was going to buy somewhere else and still help me out knowing they did not have what I wanted. This man was very honest. The truck ended up not working out at the other dealer. I went back to Billy Howell and they were so nice, Billy the son and Bruce, worked on helping me find the vehicle for my husband. Thye let me drive it home to show my husband while he was working. Thats nice.. At this point after a month of shopping, I was ready for a purchase and they were soooo great. Bruce is so nice and helpful and helped us set up our account, for our truck radio, etc.. They are so great there. Gave us water and there was a kids room for my kids to play in. I was very pleased and purchased a NEW truck from them. It is a exciting purchase when spending that much money on a truck and they made it a pleasurable one. they had the car all ready and cleaned up perfect when my husband came to pick it up. Dont go anywhere else. Go to this Ford dealership. But ask for BRUCE. He is very personable and willing to go over and beyond to help the customer. I know!! They also send me cookies as a thank you.
