Customer service is horrific. Thomas Dunn and Andrea at Cashier Desk we’re both rude and unprofessional. I don’t know why I bothered scheduling an appointment when I had to wait Thomas Dunn and Andrea at Cashier Desk we’re both rude and unprofessional. I don’t know why I bothered scheduling an appointment when I had to wait 20 minutes for Thomas. Finally a young girl escorted me to his office where he was just sitting. I watched other customers in the “non appointment line” arrive after me, receive help and leave their appointment before me. I was at your facility for two hours for an oil change! Then when I went to pay, Andrea never greeted me, smiled or set a kind word. She asked for the paperwork and if I was paying by credit or debit. I inserted my credit card and the card reader and she asked me for my ID and credit card. I showed her my ID and said my credit card was in the reader. She said then take it out. Once the transaction was done, she mumbled something about the desk on her left side. When I asked her to repeat what she said she simply mumbled again and appeared to be inconvenienced. Then when I went to get my car, the elderly woman ( no name tag) could not find my key. I told her I could see my car outside the window and she responded very sarcastically well which car is it? The key was mislabeled with the wrong tag. The key tag and invoice number did not match. From start to finish the entire experience was extremely disappointing. I had another appointment scheduled for my Highlander this Saturday, October 1st, which I cancelled. I will not be coming back. I am going to take my cars to North Bakersfield going forward. Your customer service used to be top notch but that is definitely no longer the case. I thought that it was just me but there were two other customers waiting outside of Thomas’ office pacing, shaking their heads and rolling their eyes showing their frustration. There was no sense of urgency nor communication by Thomas. I would suggest that all of your employees wear name tags and remind them that they will be evaluated daily. More
