I had to wait one approximately one hour before being seen. The service man said that he didn’t know I were there to see Drew or he would not have sent Drew to attend to someone else. He said he would tell Drew, the service representative, I had arrived for my appointment.by the the I was able to see Drew all the cars with and without appointments were checked in for service and the lines were very long on both sides I was the last car to be checked in when I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment. It was not the fault of Drew that he was notified. Drew has always been professional. More
