Had an appointment for 40000 miles service. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. The lobby/waiting Area is super nice and the food at the inside restaurant is also good. The woman who helped us in the service department has no sense of what customer service means. Our car was ready, yet she didn’t text us or call us to let us know, she didn’t even finish the paperwork but w sense of what customer service means.
