We told them my daughter had to get back to work, so we didn't have a lot of time, and when my daughter went outside to smoke, she overheard this young guy being very ugly and snappy to my salesman about "he just got back from lunch and he won't work on anything without a ticket"! First off not professional in any sense of the word and second you sure shouldn't talk like that to a fellow employee anytime much less in front of a customer! We gave them some more time, but we really needed to leave and they told us since my ca r was "certified" we could bring it anywhere to have it repaired! Good thing cause I live an hour away, and I don't feel like dealing with the l Iittle youngster again. Meantime...thanks for asking! More
Charged me $200 dollars to drive my truck around the block to give me the diagnostic results. Torque converter shutter. I explained upon dropping the truck off that I had a torque converter shutter and that was my reason for needing the transmission service. I would think if the service could not be provided due to the shudder. Seems that could have been explained when I stated to them that there was a shudder rather then scheduling appointment, keeping my truck the whole day, me finding rides back and forth, and charging me $200. I also dropped off the paperwork for my extended warranty and have not heard anything back from dealership or my extended warranty after nearly three weeks. Don’t know why I am being sent surveys on the service that is still currently unresolved. More
