And the sales manager is a utter complete xxxxxxx that was disrespectful and rude. I will never send anyone here at all. I know not all dealerships are gonna be fantastic all around but this by far was the worst. Please don't buy a vehicle here you will regret it!!! I have always followed owners manual for service, 30, 60, 90000 mile service that is in owners manual. Now Toyota has very few requirements in manual. At 55000 miles $900.00 of service was supposedly needed, at 60000 miles it was only $600.00. I told service writer I go by the owners manual, how do you come up with that? To be fair it must be Toyota pushing dealers to bring in more money, the same thing happened at an Auto Nation in Fort Myers Florida. They promote quality but try to get money out of you any way they can. More
