Bill Dube Toyota responded

Why would you say we lied when the fact is that the end buyer(not you) did not hold a license from the State of NH, this WAS the reason for the $27.00 dollar difference. We did not know this at the time of the purchase order was agreed upon. Had you not misconstrued and been more forthcoming with the facts we would not be responding to your unhinged response now. You were unprofessional in your actions with our Business Manager in regards to the situation that we have no control over, this is a NH state requirement. In the future we would appreciate your restraining from vulgar( F word) language when speaking with our staff. In closing had we known that they did not have a license from the state oF NH we would not have put the $27.00 dollar fee on the initial purchase and sales agreement. Furthermore we had already made the adjustment of $27.00 PRIOR to your arrival therefore you are misleading the public by having them think you " read" the paperwork and found a mistake.

We are so sorry that your experience wasn't what you had expected. This is not the typical experience at Bill Dube and the vehicle was brought in to the service department immediately. It was checked over, re-detailed and sold the next day. With over 150 used vehicles, the largest in the area, sadly things do slip through the cracks, even mice. How can you be angry with a manager wanting to know what else they can do to assist you? Most people complain that dealerships don't pay attention to their customers! We appreciate your feedback.
