I have had my vehicle serviced here since it was purchased in 2014. Most visits have been very good. The most recent was terrible, The service was for replacing a water pump. This was in the repair purchased in 2014. Most visits have been very good. The most recent was terrible, The service was for replacing a water pump. This was in the repair shop for over a week, that is over a week without my vehicle. The repair was not good as the vehicle leaked oil after receiving, i had to return for another week or so..... after receiving it back the second time, three days later the drive belt frayed and broke. I was told this was normal wear and tear, maybe it was maybe it wasn't....who knows. Not sure if it was normal wear and tear why was this not caught while replacing the water pump or the follow up service.... it would assume since i am paying a premium to have the dealer do the repair instead of a local small business, that the little things would get caught. The service counter person was fine through this process, just not a lot of faith in the technicians. Just frustrating to have a vehicle in the shop for three separate times, and having to "borrow" a vehicle for over 4 weeks of combined time. More
Bill Collins has far exceeded the service level I have ever seen from any other dealers. Having worked at Ford motor company for many years, I finally stepped up to a new Corsair. The service department has been outstanding with each service appointment I have encountered. I live in Bardstown but I know from experience that THIS Ford dealer is well worth my drive. More
Very pleased with the service of my Escape as well as the staff. Steven Huchings kept me informed and was great in checking with me during the wait. I have a 2018 Ford Expedition Max. It has been at Bill Collins on and off for months, I have filed 3 Complaints to Ford Customer Servitve Departments. I have had multiple case number. My vehicle still h Collins on and off for months, I have filed 3 Complaints to Ford Customer Servitve Departments. I have had multiple case number. My vehicle still has the same issues. The computer GPS doesn’t work more than it works, When my iPhone is connected, the computer cuts calls off doesn’t work, the fan runs hard all the time, the suspension is a mess the car bounces all over the road. The inspector from customer service & Bill Collins can’t fix it. What they do never last more than starting & driving the car 2-3 times. I think the technicians need more training, The entire experience has been a disaster and my $80,000. Vehicle has soured me on Fords. I have bought Fords for 50 years. More
