Great experience! I had a specific model in mind with my “must haves” and my sales prof Courtney/and team were able to locate one and bring it to the dealership within a couple of days! Recieved a call from dealership at 12:38 pm telling me car wa Autotrader as a new listing. Used 2012 Toyota Corolla LE...$7,988.00. Inquired on line. Recieved a call from dealership at 12:38 pm telling me car was available and did I want to set up appointment to see. I said I would come out later this afternoon. I decided to not wait for husband and drove from Floyd Knobs Indiana to Bardstown Rd Louisville. Arrived 2:48 p.m. Two sales person out in golf cart. I ask about 2013 Toyota Corolla. He says on yeal...that's around back, I go get ? and we'll go around to see it. Came out and said that was sold last week. I said,WHAT????I WAS TOLD THAT WAS AVAILABLE NOT LONG AGO!! He told me to go see CT inside. CT says oh you was not suppose to be here until 5:00,that sold ...took a deposit on it the other day and they came and got it. I told him I did not appreciate being told the car was available ....I drove from Indiana and I am going to report this. Not really sure what the motive for saying I was too be there at 5:00 p.m. What happen is when the sales person went inside....CT quickly text me at 2:53 p.m. asking if I was planning on coming out this evening. Then sends another text at 2:56 p.m. asking me if I want to see something else in that price range. Very dishonest using Troll car to get customers. Will report to better business beau. More
Bill Collins Ford has provided excellent service for me from the time I purchased my 2011 Ford Ranger from them until the present visit. I would never consider taking my truck any place else for service and when the time comes to purchase another truck I will certainly purchase it from Bill Collins Ford. My brother also purchased his truck from Bill Collins Ford and has always been pleased with the service. More
I thought their pricing was fair ( never what you want). That's true everywhere. The sales associate was honest and his product knowledge was excellent. He was courteous and professional. With pandemic, staying at home, it was a long time to reach 5,000 miles for this check-in; Tony Perry was outstanding in setting time and what was needed. We have always received excellent service at Bill Collins. Tone Wesley is a top notch salesman and Randy Blevins is a top notch Finance Manager. However, My husband and I absolutely DO NOT agree with this new “Pulse” thing that is being added to your new car for $399 whether you want it or not! It is nothing but a scam by Shane Collins to make more money for Bill Collins. The customer should have a choice and not be “forced” to pay $399 for something they do not want!! Especially when it only benefits the customer if you are rear ended and your car/truck/suv is totaled!! That is total BS!! Either give the customer a choice or make a change to how it benefits the customer!! If the customer is rear ended and the car is not totaled, the customer should still receive the $3000. Or as I said before, let the customer decide if they want this device or not!!! More
