Service Advisor Joe was very professional and helpful. Took my 2016 Lincoln MKX in for a check engine light. Had that repaired under an extended warranty plan, along with a recall repair and several 60K Took my 2016 Lincoln MKX in for a check engine light. Had that repaired under an extended warranty plan, along with a recall repair and several 60K mile preventative maintenance items. The work seems to have been done correctly and car was clean when I picked it up. My only issue is the 4% fee for paying with a credit card. Any credit card fee is unreasonable, much less 4%, which I assure you is much more than the dealership is paying. More
