Got to Bert meet a sales rep named Jared he was very nice a none pushy sales man. He hooked me up with the best car buying experience ever love my car at a great price well below blue book price. Thank u Jared and his team to get me the car I have always wanted. I had my three year old with me and they were very accommodating to my child while I filled out paperwork and such. if u are looking for a new or used car this is the place to go........Thank u More

Money offered for may trade-in was fair and the out-the-door price on 2017 GTI was unmatchable (tried three other dealers in the process). Highly recommend this dealership. More

The Dealership lies and does not support their warranties. In March I purchased 2014 VW convertible for my wife's birthday.. A real beauty! Wife loves it! When I took it in for serviced today at Burt Smith's dealership. To my disappointment the $1800 insurance policy I purchased did not cover the things the salesmen told me were covered. Misrepresenting warranty information to a customer hurts the sales department and the dealership reputation.. Bert Smith should be the last dealership that anyone would buy a car from. They sold us warranties on the tires and wheels, for dents and dings, and the interior. When the car was serviced today I found out that nothing except a tire was covered. The Sales Manager told us that nothing was covered and that " bumper to bumper" insurance did not cover the bumpers. GO FIGURE! For more Information call Jim at 727 235 8063.. More

Never Again I am always astounded by the lack of professionalism at Bert Smith VW, most recently with their new service tech Joe. Beware, they have absolutely NO interest in servicing your car! Go elsewhere! This is NOT the first time I have been treated poorly at Bert Smith VW. More

However, I wasn't really impressed with the way i was treated by my neighborhood dealer, they weren't bad just indifferent. So, i drove 21 miles in traffic i hate to check out Bert Smith. I met Tony Kritikos. Told him what I was trying to do. He didn't try to force me to his program. After a little bit of time I went back and put a deposit and ordered a car. I was under some time constraints due to timed withdrawals for some retirement accounts. They actually waited for a month after the car arrived from the factory (most dealers would have been on the phone pressuring me to come in early etc). I may have paid more, but that's because I made the deal, not them. For me price is not the most important item it's how the the staff treats me. More

The salespeople wanted to charge me much more than the car's "true car" valuation, and tried to high pressure sell. In fact they were even rude after I paid the appropriate price. More
