It was an evening, not long before closing and Jared was ready and willing to show us the inventory and help us understand the differences between the cars and years made. He was knowledgable and patient with our many questions. We were able to test drive right away. With his help we were able to quickly narrow down the model in which we were most interested and he was very efficient in his follow up communication and took quick action so that we would be able to discern our exact car. It took another car order to get the one we ultimately purchased but Jared was efficient, prompt, courteous and extremely professional throughout the whole process. I knew what I wanted and I knew what I wanted to pay; I left with a better price than I imagined. I have purchased four cars from Bert Smith VW, and there is a reason that I am a return customer. I am a woman (professor) with a PhD in a STEM field. There is nothing I like less than being talked down. I am also very particular, and want things the way I want them... which can make me difficult. My experience at Bert Smith, and with Darryl in particular, was fabulous. Darryl is INCREDIBLE. He is just a really smart, personable, knowledgeable sales guy. He makes you feel as if he has all the time in the world for you. He never pushes, and he is always available to help. We need more sales people like Darryl in the world; he is a classic and Bert Smith should consider themselves lucky to have him. We plan to buy our next car from Bert Smith VW as soon as the 2018 Tiguans with all wheel drive are available. We will only buy it from Darryl. More
