experience at quick lane service I waited over 2 hrs to get my oil changed. Also my $50 oil change turn into a $288 oil change. Service writer trying to sell me every fluid change tha I waited over 2 hrs to get my oil changed. Also my $50 oil change turn into a $288 oil change. Service writer trying to sell me every fluid change that dealer offered if I would have done everything my $50 oil change would have been close to $1000. Not real happy lately with basil service dept been going there along time lot of new faces and people not following thru on what they are supposed to do More

Great service I would of given 5 star if the work being done didn’t take so long for regular service. I had oil change/ tire rotation with inspection but took about I would of given 5 star if the work being done didn’t take so long for regular service.
