Disrespectful and unprofessional I went in to check out a vehicle I’ve been eyeing on their website, the greeter at the front desk was really nice and the sales agent was okay but thi I went in to check out a vehicle I’ve been eyeing on their website, the greeter at the front desk was really nice and the sales agent was okay but this review is for the financing person. I felt disrespected when I went into his office when not even 2 minutes sitting down he starts having a full conversation with another person standing outside his office talking about some bet they made. This lasted for almost 2 minutes as I sat there awkwardly. Gave me absolutely no information on my financing and seemed to rush through everything. I wasn’t even out the door before he was over to the person he was taking to giving him money in the bet they made. I already have low expectations going into a dealership, so much for customer service. I don’t think I left a dealership faster than this one..yikes. More
