Poor Service I bought my used 2014 F150 last January with 38K miles on it from Basil Ford on Walden. I had a problem with 4WD, from the day I picked it up I was ve I bought my used 2014 F150 last January with 38K miles on it from Basil Ford on Walden. I had a problem with 4WD, from the day I picked it up I was very clear something was not right with my truck. After a month of driving it I took it in, they called and said they could not duplicate the noise and nothing was wrong with it. I went to the service department and asked for a tech to go for a ride. Before I pulled out of the parking lot I got it to duplicate the noise 2x. They changed one of the parts that allowed it to shift into 4WD. Fine, I brought it home the problem was still there. No Resolution... I called and they told me they fixed what they thought was the issue and checked the system and it was working as designed. Fast forward a year, I called and said there was a grinding noise in the front end. I was told to drop it off and they would get it in. I dropped it off Thursday night March 21st it was not looked at until Thursday March 28th... In the mean time they called and offered a loaner, after a week of having my truck... Did I mention this my business truck! Lucky we have another car I can use for the business temporarily. Turned down the loaner for someone else to use. Water in the differential, and another part was bad in the 4WD system, they are fixing it now under warranty. They are hoping to complete the job on April 2nd? That will be 12 days without my work truck. I do work weekends so its a full 12 days, if I get it back Tuesday as promised. Here is the real issue, The customer service rep kept calling and apologizing for not getting it in sooner. As this tech was out, they were short staffed, extremely busy etc. As you know at 60K all the fluids need changed, front and rear diff, transfer case, I asked them for the inconvenience of them having my business truck for at least 2 weeks would they change the remaining drive train fluids on them as I saved the rental car fee and what it cost me to be without it. At this point even 1 more day without it is money down the drain. I was told FLAT NO! here is what it will cost for us to preform the additional additional service! Really? I know there are a lot of great reviews on here! Mine is not, my experience has been less then JUST OK More

I have a leased Escape from here and needed an inspection which only took an hour without an appointment on a busy day. It’s that way with whatever I come in for too. I seriously lease my cars here at this location solely because of how good the service department is here! Thank you for the excellent service the past 5 years that I’ve been coming here! More
