I’m not sure why my records aren’t findable, as I was just there in May 2024 and April 2024. I never mentioned “Lonnie” so perhaps, you are responding to the wrong service. I rated the advisors in no particular manner. I have since PCS’d to Maryland, where I am finally able to get an HONEST diagnostic of my vehicle. I can provide you with my records but again, I live in Maryland. Banister of Hampton failed me, and I question the amount of others you are failing. I was provided an inspection list indicating all green indicators with my vehicle, only for my calipers to lock up on me, during my trip to Maryland. COMPLETELY UNSAT AND I HOPE THIS REVIEW SAVES SOMEONE $1600.
