The young lady that I dealt with was very professional. She helped me look up some info on adding power windows because the previous dealership that was there mislead me when I purchased my jeep. Great business, very helpful, honest and fair prices. They don't try to pressure you into "extra" services. Whispur is one of the nicest people I've ever met! They don't try to pressure you into "extra" services. Whispur is one of the nicest people I've ever met! More

Zero Stars This location has to be the worst Dealership in both appearance and customer service in this entire area. Every time ownership changed (this is the 3rd) I held out hope that things would improve in both appearance and customer service in this entire area. Every time ownership changed (this is the 3rd) I held out hope that things would improve but they always seems to get worse. After insisting on setting am appointment I dropped my car off for an oil change at 7:30am on 22 May. After returning home I noticed the service department had called my home phone but there was no message left. When I called to see what they wanted I was told my Service teem lead (no name - no one has any business cards,,,) was not at their desk but they would give them a message to call me. I received a 2nd call but again - no message. When I called back again I was told my Service Lead was in Training. I asked if the service manager was around and was told he was "on th3e floor". I asked if there was anyone at all at the Dealership who could tell me the status of m y car and was pretty much told they would again pass on my message. At this point I asked if they could page the Service manager and was told they don't have that capability. After insisting some go get him and I would remain on hold I was finally able to speak with the service manager who told my i needed a cabin filter replacement. I told him I had already wasted enough time to just button it up and I would take care oof the filter myself. Wile there I saw a notice posted for customers indicating that new ownership would not honor any previous initial 3 year Car Care agreements, Thankfully mine had expired,, and my extended warranty will still be honored. There should have been an introductory letter sent out when new ownership took over letter customers know before they show up as well as requesting preferred communication method. Due to nerve damage I can't use a smart phone and am unable to text. My 2 comm methods are phone (home) and email. It does no good to send a text to my home phone... which is apparently what was happening. I sure miss my free lifetime oil changes, state inspection, and complimentary car washes. More
