I went in there looking for a reliable used car, and they sold me a vehicle that has since had nothing but expensive mechanical issues. I brought this to the attention of the sales person, James, who initial sold me a vehicle that has since had nothing but expensive mechanical issues. I brought this to the attention of the sales person, James, who initially sold me the car, and he said 'well there's nothing I can help you out with there'. Then I spoke to the general manager, Phil, in his office, and, while using profane language, said I bought the car and he's not taking it back. This dealership is filled with nothing but dishonest men, and if I had to guess, the toxic, profit-over-people culture there probably starts at the top with Dan Bannister. More
