They sold us a used truck that has had nothing but problems since we bought it. Already had to replace wheel bearings amongst other things. Now we are currently having issues with the transmission and problems since we bought it. Already had to replace wheel bearings amongst other things. Now we are currently having issues with the transmission and have been up to the dealership multiple times. We have put in multiple service requests with no response to anything. Poor communication, and the worst management and dealership I’ve been too. More

I am unfortunately subject to an extended warranty expiring before my transmission failing but after I had finished paying my car off. The two times before this last visit they did the diagnosis but the true issue was revealed on the last / 3rd visit and now looking at $7000 to resolve or repair. Is this how it really works?
