Although this is a New Dealership I found the staff very friendly and attentive. James Hood greeted my family and I when we arrived and made us feel comfortable and welcomed. I got an excellent deal, although at that time I couldn't get a 0% finance rate like I wanted. Wesley Robinson checked in after my purchase to make sure I was satisfied and that I received my tags since they were mailed. Working with Jarryd Carver and his staff was a pleasure and I recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to purchase a vehicle with confidence that you made the right decision. Even the cleaning staff was friendly and assertive especially an African American middle aged women who showed us were all the snacks were in the dealership. She’s a great asset to the staff and made my wife and daughter laugh and kept them entertained while I was in the finance office. Manny made it possible I could stay within my budget to lease the new vehicle. I very much appreciate his diligence making the numbers work. Millie Synder finished the transaction with the necessary documentation and the financing part of it. Even so she had a major problem with one of her printers, she mentioned to handle the difficulty in a professional manner, calm and business like. (She needs a new printer though!!!) All in all I am glad we were able to find the right fit of vehicle for me for a price I was willing to pay. More
