The entire transaction was negotiated over the phone & with emails without having to take the time to visit the dealership. Once the deal was agreed upon and it was time to go pick up our new truck, I was a little skeptical having not seen it. When we got there I was pleasantly surprised. The truck actually had a couple of options that I was not expecting, our interest rate was lower than quoted thus lowering our monthly payment, everything was explained in great detail and I think we were driving away an hour later. I have purchased several vehicles and this by far was the most painless and pleasurable purchases to date. To top things off, after the truck was sold we needed to expedite the registration, Paul not only expedited the process but he actually dropped the registration off at my house. Well six months and eight days after purchasing this van an unregistered, uninsured, intoxicated driver struck my van from the rear at approximately 55 mile per hour. He fled the scene of the accident and was subsequently arrested by the local police department. My entire family was sent to the Hospital that night in rescues! Upon hearing of our situation Mike Mardo went above and beyond what my wife and I ever could have imagined a salesman to do. He kept in regular contact with us and made sure that we were place into another vehicle (a 2010 Chrysler Town & Country)far exceeding our expectations. I could have gone to another dealership but for the reason of Mr. Mardo's exception customer care I stayed with Bald Hill Dodge. I fully intend on giving them my future buisness for the sole reason of how Mr. Mardo treated us. The sales manager who's name escapes me was extremley helpful at the time as well.
