I have purchased 7 cars through Louie in the past 2 1/2 years for the family and have had great service from him, Steve from the paperwork department, and Steve C. the Manager. If we did not get the qualit years for the family and have had great service from him, Steve from the paperwork department, and Steve C. the Manager. If we did not get the quality service we were looking for we would have gone somewhere else. These guys right from car one 2006 Dodge Magnum to the last one Dodge Avenger (bought for daughter) showed us the respect that a buyer deserves and if we did not get it we would have gone elsewhere. They were very courtious and professional and listened to all our needs. A few of the times dealt with us over a months time while we found the car that we truly wanted. Louie actually had to send someone to another state to get The Grand Caravan that I wanted with all the perks I was looking for, and did it within a timely manner. I had my car within 2 days and have been totally satisfied for the past year. Also if you have the money it is well worth getting the extended warranty. This has been a blessing for our family seeing our daughter wanted a used Jeep Liberty and there was a problem with the brakes and they were covered it cost her nothing to have them fixed. Try getting that without the warranty. Then my stereo went in the van ($1700 unit) changed without any cost to me. It may seem like they are trying to get every last penny out of you but they are just trying to give you the best warranty out there and keep you satisfied. I want to let Louie know that he is truly a friend to my husband and I and hope the best for him and his home family and work family. More
I HAVE MAX CARE WARRANTY,WENT THERE FOR SERVICE BECAUSE BRAKES FAILED,REAR WINDOW DEFROSTER STOPED WORKING ,BOTH UNDER WARRANTY,TOOK THEM 8 DAYS TO FIX THE BRAKES, REPLACED A BRAKE LINE.TOLD ME THE REAR WI BRAKES FAILED,REAR WINDOW DEFROSTER STOPED WORKING ,BOTH UNDER WARRANTY,TOOK THEM 8 DAYS TO FIX THE BRAKES, REPLACED A BRAKE LINE.TOLD ME THE REAR WINDOW DEFROSTER WASN'T UNDER WARRANTY,I CALLED WARRANTY PROVIDER,WAS TOLD WINDOW DEFROSTER WAS COVERED AND ADVISED BALDHILL SERVICE,THEY WORKED ON FIXING IT,DIDN'T KNOW HOW!!! TRYED TO PATCH IT,FALED!THEY HAD MY CAR FOR 11 DAYS AND WINDOW DEFROSTER STILL DOESN'T WORK.THERE SERVICE DEPT.DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING!!!!!,EVERY TIME I BROUGHT MY CAR THERE FOR SERVICE,THEY ALWAYS GAVE ME A HARD TIME.IF THE SERVICE YOU NEED IS UNDER WARRANTY IT TAKES THEM TO LONG TO FIX,OR THEY ADD THINGS THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR TO MAKE THE BILL GO HIGHER.I WAS GOING TO TRADE MY CAR IN FOR A NEW ONE IN JANUARY.THEY JUST LOST A SALE!!GOING SOME PLACE I CAN TRUST! Received exact quote on vehicle. Agreed to this price and suddenly price changed upwards of several hundred dollars. This is the second time I attempt to purchase new vehicle at this dealership. On both occasions the same thing occurred: price given and subsequently changed to add on several hundred dollars. Wouldn't trust a quote from these folks with a 10-foot pole, and you shouldn't either. More
