Incompetent Service Department I took my truck in for the 10,000 mile service and tire rotation. I asked the tech if he could grease the prop shaft. He looked at me blankly and afte I took my truck in for the 10,000 mile service and tire rotation. I asked the tech if he could grease the prop shaft. He looked at me blankly and after I showed him where the two zerk fittings are, he said “we never touch those”. Guess what: the maintenance schedule says to grease them every 5,000 miles if you drive on dirt roads ( I do) or every 15,000 miles. I shrugged... oh well, I can do it myself. When the truck came back out, I quickly checked the tires... I always mark them RF, LF, RR, LR to ensure that they were rotated correctly. Guess what: the tires hadn’t moved! They didn’t rotate them... The service manager was apologetic, but I have to be honest: if you take your vehicle to Baierl Service, there is NO guarantee that the techs do ALL of the tasks on the maintenance checklist. There’s no guarantee they will even rotate the tires. There’s no guarantee that they even know what a grease fitting is. I’ll use an independent garage or do my own maintenance from now on. More

Baierl Subaru lost me as a customer I had an appt with Baierl Subaru to have rotors & pads put on my Forester. April 17th Adam schedule the repair. He told me to come in the day before a I had an appt with Baierl Subaru to have rotors & pads put on my Forester. April 17th Adam schedule the repair. He told me to come in the day before around 5pm to pickup my loaner vehicle & drop mine off. This appointment was for May 8th, that was the earliest they could get me in. I purchased my Forester there brand new in 2016. 3 weeks go by and Zach told me there were none to call back in the morning of the 8th, I called several time on my way to the office, no one answered. I left a voicemail to cancel the appt. Called Baierl Toyota they has me an appointment the following day May 9th, did the brake job oil change. Their shuttle go me to work on time & picked me up when the service was complete. I'll be having Baierl Toyota doing all my vehicle service from now on. More
